Meet The Team
Sergio Russo
Web Developer
After a successful career in the video games industry Sergio decided it was time
for a change, as such decided to turn his hobby into something more: web development.
Over the years now, Sergio has been enjoying discovering the ins and outs of Microsofts
asp.net framework and how it can make web develoment fun. As well as this he has
improved his general knowledge of all things web: XHTML, CSS, SEO and everything
in between. For Sergio, this isn't work. It can't be work if you enjoy waking up
in the morning and looking forward to heading into the office can it?
Simon Lawrence
Flashy Web Developer
Simon started his career as a web developer learning how to write media rich games
and websites using Macromedia Flash (Now owned by Adobe). Having a keen interest
in computers he spent many hours over the years fine tuning and perfecting his skills.
Simon then went on to work in Rockstar Games, Lincoln Branch where he continued
to pursue his interest by developing their intranet system from scratch. During
the next three years Simon continued to maintain and build on the Intranet along
side bug testing some of the best games of the time (See credits,
Moby Games : Simon Lawrence). Finally after spending time
at University doing a Web Technology degree, Simon is now a member of Kufu, contributing
to the teams goal of bringing high quality affordable websites to all.
Simon's interests include in no particular order, playing computer games (Neverwinter nights, Call
of Duty 4), reading books (Lot of ASP.NET, James Herbert, Terry Pratchett) and playing
Squash.
